Title: How and when do I get my activation code after paying 72 euro.
Post by: andy74 on October 19, 2007, 03:26:26 pm
I don't understand the process of getting the activation code. When and how after I have paid this much money.

Also I have 2 PCs at work and at home. How do I activate both of them? Don't tell me I have to pay twice as much. :sign0144qp7:

Well ... :welcome: then ...
 :)

The license is for one household, which is fair I think. It could have been per PC, like much software is licensed ...
I understand that 72 euro can be a lot of money for many people, which is subject to the currency values all over the world. :sorry:

I am not sure whether you have a problem with Activating, or there is something else ? Please ask whatever it is; I'll try to understand and help.

Peter

I paid with PayPal and get the confirmation email from it.
When I receive my activation code. Who sends it to me?
What am I missing here?
I did not get any other email except from PayPal. I can send it to you.

Am I the first to have such problems????????????

is the activation code the "transaction ID" on the PayPal confirmation?

also

I am behind the proxy. Could it be the problem? can I set the XX to use proxy?

Thanks
Andrey

Why is the silence?

I paid my money like 4 hours ago and still got no activation code.

Can I have some explanation please. I really don't enjoy this situation.

No explicit description found on the way from paypal button pressing to the moment I get XX activated.

Andrey

Why is the silence ? ... because I was driving from A to B in the mean time.

Anyway, now I understand your post ...
Indeed something went wrong, and yes this is the very first time ... You should have received an email with your Activation Code.

Watch you email ... (and I am sorry for the inconvenience).
Peter

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your replies.
I got your email with activation code now.

It worked ok and now my XX is activated. :)

And BTW GREAT JOB with your player!!!  :goodjob:
I tried many of them and even moved to SB3 away from PC. But your player almost beats it.
I wonder if SB3 could have such a player inside itself. that would be a winner:)
But it is another topic:)

Thanks
Andrey

Title: Network Player

Well, I can tell you a :secret: not known to many ...
I actually started this XXHighEnd "project" because some three years ago I could, say, reason that a network player would have the characteristics dedicated to the SB from today. So I bought a Momitsu (http://www.momitsu.com/dvd_880n.html) and soundwise it became true ...
... but the means of control ...  :(
I don't know how the Momitsu measures and whether it can cope with the SB, but it sure sounded better than my TEAC P1 (both with the same AudioNote DAC).

That's all.
But also : just started !
