Title: Has anyone seen this message ?
Post by: PeterSt on November 11, 2010, 07:44:28 am
Has anyone ever seen this message ? And if so, what do you think caused it, and what did you do to get rid of it ?

Thanks,
Peter

Nothing like that ever showed up here Peter.

The product seems to be part of LogicNP's "megapack", but as to what that's all about I can't help. Presumably it will make more sense to a .Net developer.

Cheers,

Russ

Yes, it's part of XX and licensed. But at least one user has problems with it, and I don't know why one only.

Thanks Russ,
Peter

Aha ...

Ok, as far as I know by now, I think this can only occur from 0.9z-3 (if from earlier, let me know);

Take the original 0.9z-3 zip (download it again if necessary) and install it in a fresh folder, with a name of that folder you did not use before. If all is right, it will be solved then.

Please let me know !
Peter

I have z2 Peter, it pop up, but I just have to press the x button and then I'm in.. I still got some problems with stops and "rolling" sound. The SFS is lowered to 30, but still the problem occurs after 10-20 min playing....and then after doing nothing it dissapears after 10-20 sec. I know you have discussed the W7 problem, but I can't follow the discussion. Do I have to install Vista or should I try W7 further on?

Thanks, Tim

Strange about that message popping up Tim. But if you can, maybe you should post a screen shot of it, because I don't think it will be exactly the same (see the "2010" at the top). But since you must be used to it now, please wait for 0.9z-4 which should be there soon. I expect that will solve it.

About the stops ... here too maybe wait for 0.9z-4 because I'm fairly sure you will be able to solve it with that version. Not 100% though.
W7 indeed is much more difficult on this, but I won't tell you to go to Vista to just solve this. My reasoning : better try to do something about your PC, because it looks like it lacks some horsepower. BUT ... if you want better sound in general, yes, then go to Vista and solve this problem at the same time (but still I think a faster PC is something to think about as well -> again matters for SQ !).

Peter

OK. I will wait for the z4. Anyway my computer is a brand new Samsung pentium dual core CPU T4500 2,30GHz so it maybee have enough horsepower? Good enough? I don't know!!
The pop up though is just the same but has "View net control 2008" and "build no.: 581724"
