The button you see near the bottom when the Library Area is active (see mouse pointer in the picture), allows rightclicking on it and that which will bring forward a menu which allows saving "Library Result Lists" to disk;
Below you see the retrieval of saved Library Result Lists.

A "Library Result List" is a list of Items in the Library Area as the result of a search activity. So, that usually starts with selecting a Gallery (or normal music folder), and it can be narrowed down in several ways (i.e., type Gary in the textbox at the bottom, and the result is narrowed to titles containing Gary only. Now :

Whatever currently shows in the Library Area, it can be saved to disk. And, of course it can be reloaded at later times. Two main advantages here :
1. Loading a Library Result List goes with lightspeed (opposed to the normal ways from before);
2. You can save in there what you want, and it really is another dimension.

Two examples for this :

- Assuming you have a top root for your Galleries, that root contains all you have. Also, it is the most slow to present, just because it contains the most there is. Save this as a Library Result List, and even over 100,000 items are back in half of a second.

- Suppose you ask for all the tracks of your top root Gallery. Yes, this really may take a minute, depending on how many tracks you have underlying in the albums. But how often does it occur that you want to search in the titles of those tracks ? It may happen, but it may not all that often be actually performed, just because it takes too long to get the result. Now, save it as a Library Result List, and when you want it now ... 1 second ?
Btw, tracks can be asked for by replacing the "A" in that little box which shows near the bottom when the Library Tab is up front, by a "T".

What you can also see in the second picture are some auto-saved Gallery Result Lists from the Album Compare feature; this functionality is able to list present or not present albums when e.g. two discs are compared, shows the result in the Library Area which Result List is auto-saved for you. Next it is ready to Copy or Delete or ... etc.
