I have re-downloaded version 1.186a and all remains the same.
When launched, icon of xxHE can saw in task bar and a miniature of xxHE window emerging when mouse is over xxHE task-bar icon.

I am unable to maximize xxHE window, it stay minimized all the time.

 

I get an error in Windows 7 (x86) when I execute xxHE:

"Proper inicialization FAILED, so further errors Will Occur;
Report this to Phasure please: Phase = 09 "
