Title: Small Icons
Post by: glynnw on April 19, 2010, 07:46:48 pm
At some time after I started using 09-y8, all the album covers that appear in the middle section when I select an item from library became very small.  Version 09-y7 still shows them larger.  I completely reinstalled the latest 09-y8 version and still have the small icons.  I also have XXHighend on another computer, which does not display this problem, so I must have done something to my main music computer to create this problem.  Attached is a screen shot.  Any ideas?  I should add that I do not use the gallery function.  All my albums are listed by artist when I push the library button, I click on the artist and all that artist's albums appear in the middle pane.  Then I double click on the album cover and hit play.  Then I enjoy.

Chaps,

May I use your screenshot to ask another question please?

If you look at the track time/duration bar, this goes to the end of the "box" for any size box you choose.  Is this correct or should it have a set length?

Thanks,
Brian

Hey Brian,

If you mean whether the slider should grow with the width of the form (screen), yes, it should ...
But is it that what you mean ? it is not fully clear to me.

yes Peter, it grows but doesn't seem to stop growing just runs to the rhs of the box, I'll give it a closer look and see what happens when taken to full screen size.  I was expecting the line to end at some predetermined application box size :dntknw:

Peter,

I recognize this problem, its about screen-size settings.
Because I use temporary a 2nd monitor with different resolution, I have this too.
The slider goes beyond the form, even on full screen.
Adjust the slider on screen size settings (resolution or width) in your code, Peter.
