Hi Peter,
How to appoint the CPU in Win7? I dont get your screen setups(f.i. XXCPU01.png) in Win7.
Mine is like this:

to what scheme? I have a 6 core cpu, so...enough power.

I would choose Scheme-3, but many prefer Scheme-2 for SQ. It depends on your system hence no fixed rules here. But especially for W7 be careful that the chosen Scheme doesn't produce hiccups or other anomalies.

In the mean time you may look at your CPU Graph (TaskManager) to see what happens with what Scheme. This is a bit technical, but for those who want that ...
Always observe the loading of the track parts (depending on the Split File Size), and pay extra attention to anomalies (ticks etc.) there. You will see that loading because a large burst of CPU is needed there.
