Actually I wouldn't know. What is the (error) message you receive ? All I know is that I used the W8.1 drivers. So at some stage they came about (I recall a version 3.x + but not even sure a this moment) I and simply used those. All went fine with those although I recall something like a very long time before the first (the one with the .inf's) started - thought it did nothing and next started it a second time.
