Title: Windows 7 - 64 Bit Installation Post by: Fox on June 18, 2013, 06:12:01 pm Am running version 8.2 fine on my W7-64 installation.
Successfully installed version 9 on my W7-32 laptop. For some reason, the version 9 program doesn't complete a proper setup on my W7-64 machine. If the program is subsequently started, the graphics are messed up. I was wondering if there is something peculiar about the ATI card software that is interacting with the setup? Or maybe it is a display setting? As I said at the start, version 8.2 works fine, looks fine, and sounds very fine. I have heard of this a couple of times before; not sure what incurs for it. But try this : (quit XXHighEnd) In your XX folder there's a PresetLoader.XXSI file. Overwrite that with the PresetLoader-FreshInstall.XXSI file which is also in your XX folder. Now restart XXHighEnd and let me know whether that helped. Regards, Peter |
