Title: Feature request!
Post by: vrao on October 06, 2012, 07:41:22 am
Peter,
One thing that will make the new version attractive is the possibility of using the preamp/line stage section in the base mode. It will give and others to completely eliminate the preamp from the start.

Hi there VJ,

Maybe I am not awake yet, but what do you mean with "base mode" ?

Peter

Peter,
My apologies, I didn't have the XXHE interface in front of me, and could not remember the exact terminology.
Should I say attend/unattended (in both) modes.  Remember I'm still on 06.... ;)
Regards,
VJ

Okay, now it will be too late for me to understand. :) :)
I emphasized what looks contradictionary to me, with "section" in the first emphasis possibly being informative because it looks like you may refer to something in XXHE.

I beg you ... can't you rephrase the whole question ? I'm really thick today !

Regards !
Peter

Hi Peter,
Looks like its on my part. I thought that the digital volume level will only work in minimize OS mode (I had to get XXHE to get the right term) running. Just tired it, and seems to work in the non-minimize OS mode.

VJ

Haha, so that "section" in "preamp line stage section" *did* do something eh. Yep, now I understand - as you mentioning that as the "attenuation" part from XXHighEnd.

So sure ... that works in "base mode" (Normal OS Mode) just the same ...

Glad I got it now. :)
