Greetings:
It’s New Year’s Eve here in Canada.  I don’t care much for watching “count downs” on TV.  I do enjoy watching the year in review: sports, politics, etc.  Additionally I spent some time reviewing what I found interesting in HI-FI this past year and thought I’d contribute my findings especially in light of recent discussions.

         Pulse Generator seems to knock out EMI/RFI inside a                               computer, etc.
2.   ATX Linear Power Supply – Core Audio-http://www.coreaudiotechnology.com/products/music-servers/atx-linear-power-supply/ Very high priced equipment but the entire web site makes for interesting reading.  He also has videos explaining his perspective on builds.  I’ve had interesting talks with Ryan.  Whether using  LPS with widebander drivers or computer, Ryan believes they make a world of difference.  Of course his proprietary take on LPS is what he believes distinguishes his product from others. 
3.   Grounding – The more I look into it, the more important grounding seems to be between all electronics and even drivers.  Again Core Audio - http://www.coreaudiotechnology.com/products/music-servers/atx-linear-power-supply/
BTW – I’m  suggesting his ideas more so than the products which are very expensive.  Besides, I think most people on this website are more DIY inclined.  It’s just “food for thought”. Next,  http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/ocellia4/5.html  - a ground wire on speaker cables, and MDI theory in general (something I want to read up on when I have time)
4.   Bybee – Music Rails, Purifiers.  If any upgrade options for the Phasure are in the works, then from what I’ve read (and I’m sure many of you are familiar with) these Bybee products may make a difference.
5.   Computer memory – Just wanted to add that Ryan’s take on CPU and memory in a nutshell would be that the amount of level 1 cache on a CPU is perhaps the most significant, including speed.  And for RAM memory, lower CAS latency/timing is more important than speed.  Also he feels a good video card can off-load some of the work on the CPU and is therefore beneficial, rather than running headless—interesting, I still don’t understand why.
6.   Magnetic conduction -- http://www.highfidelitycables.com/technology.html
In interconnects and speaker cables seems to significantly add detail.  This technology may be
worth investigating, not through this speaker cable company, but with the originator of this technology.
