It is a bit hard to tell for me what actually can go wrong here, but it has to be related to the AutoHotkey.exe process (which tries to start in this "phase"). Not that I ever saw this error ... Are you sure you have downloaded the full 1.186a version ? So, are dozens of files in the folder you put it in ? I have re-downloaded version 1.186a and all remains the same. When launched, icon of xxHE can saw in task bar and a miniature of xxHE window emerging when mouse is over xxHE task-bar icon.
