Just activated today and I have noticed "yet" no way to change the volume of the output from the player in XP, 0.9u-16. I am running an NOS DAC directly to amplifier input, no preamp or attenuator. I believe it is a Vista only feature. If your dac is only 16/44.1 NOS, then you may not have a lot of room to play with the volume anyway...but maybe that just gets into SQ areas. |
