Title: Library bug 9y3a
Post by: LydMekk on September 18, 2009, 12:55:29 am
When i under the tab library try to search all the albums, and remove the cross in the checkbox 100 only, the program crashes with the below error.

If I try to search only the first 100 (checkbox ticked) it works normally.

Also got another for you: when u try to select several listed albums in the center pane of same library window with the mouse, e.g. drag the grid over the album pictures, it hangs up after some albums downwards, and says the object is busy elsewhere...and the program has to be closed from task manager as nothing responds.

I don't understand what you mean by this ?? What "grid" ?

Forget that...selecting more than 5-6 albums in the CENTER area of the screen above, with the mouse. Drag the mouse and holding in the left button.

Capisce?  ;)

Almost !

I can see that dragging that to the rightmost pane seems to accept it (but does nothing at dropping it except for refreshing the right pane), and dragging it to anywhere else gives the "forbidden" sign. So, not 100% good maybe, but I see no such thing as you describe for the end result (an error).

:sorry:

dhd is a writing error for disc! :)
i tried to add a piece to the playlist from a different hd than I was already playing from and the program went into a state of not responding
tried it again and now it works ok?
be back if/when it occurs again
best
Leif
this most recent xx version is by far the best when it comes to resolution
imo

Hi LydMekk,

Both your problems (100 checkbox and that dragging from the mid pane) I can't reproduce. Please try to reproduce it yourself and try to make clear how I can copy it.
I really want to solve these things, but what I can't copy I usually can't solve ... :sorry:
