Title: Someone Jogged the Record Player !!
Post by: Scroobius on October 21, 2009, 10:03:44 pm
Hi Peter,
Thought it better to start a new thread as probably a new topic (?).

Now that I have had time to listen to it I am hugely impressed with the sound quality. With short USB lead the stuttering is gone however there is another strange problem. 3 or 4 times when playing a track the music will jump or rather "miss a beat". It sounds just like at a disco someone jumped heavily on the dance floor and the arm on the record deck jumped a groove.

Any ideas would be most welcome

All the best
Paul (again)

Hi there Paul,

I thought you guys wanted analogue ! Hmm, guess not ...

At this moment I can only think of your Q1 setting being ... ... too high ?
14 is always on the safe side. Let me know whether a different setting makes a difference.

May it help, I (again) didn't hear of any such thing before. So like your other problem (if the Q1 doesn't help), you may think about whether something is special in your setup ?

Peter
