Hi,
While creating a stream for an album an unauthorized message flashed, photo attached.I attached afresh the Tidal Session Data folder and since then when I try and stream any CD nothing appears in the search window
Please ignore this message I have been able to resolve the issue

Hi,

Hi Peter,
The album La Bayadere ( 86257786) was downloaded by Arvind and on his system both CD's are playing. I have tried to reboot the xxh but even after that CD 1 starts but ther is no sound.

The original file is in WAV. Is there a way to convert it to Flac in xxh?

Hi,
I recently downloaded " La Bayadere" album which has two CD's. While CD2 plays normally, CD1 has a click sound when play is started, the track starts but there is no sound, and when its stopped there is click sound again. This is only happening inn the xxhighend, the same album works well on my Ipad download. Can anybody help.

Dear Peter,
I have a problem in Tidal search. I had to change the password of my Tidal account.On the xxh, I deleted the Tidal sessions file and when I put the new password in the Tidal box to start searching it fails to register. I can open my account on the other devices with the new password.I have tried shutting off and restarting the music server which I use for Tidal. What should I do.

Dear Peter,
As of now after I put it in the minimised OS the startup bar was hanging but when I booted into RAM Os for some strange reason it was not hanging. I dont know what happened. I played a track & it worked. I the put the comp in sleep mode and switched it on and the sound was ckackled. I found this also happened earlier but became ok when I switched the DAC off and on.  had noticed that the DC offset was not ok.
This time I found that the DC offset light was not working.I changed the batterey. it seems that ther is a loose connection because when I move the battery the light goes on & off. I wonder if this could add to the problem of the DC offset. Is there a way I could open the top and find the loose connection?
I'am sorry for then issues I'am raising but I need to get the DAC running, and I'am worried.
I again switched on the comp and this time only one channel was playing, I switced on & off  switch on the DAC and both channels started working.
One more observation after reloading the windows 14393 & XXh2.10 is that the memory was 13000, before it it was 20000M. Is this ok? Please see the attached screen shot.

I have reloaded the OS 14393 lets hope all will be ok in minimized OS. will inform you.
I'am presently installing my new comp for tidal with w10 os. Arvind tells me that xxhighend will also be required, I will be paying Euro 70 as required which i believe will be refunded.

The build message on the screen is  Windows 10 Pro N

The windows upgrade is disabled. I dont understand whatbis hapenning. I'am unable to play anything. I'am shutting off the comp and re loading the ram disc.
will it be possible for you to come on screen to help me please. my engineer is here. thanks

Hi Peter,
I have installed w10 10586 in the ssd I'am usying for the HQP player. I have tried everything but there is no sound output although the led in the DC is flashing when a track is played on Roon.( a headphone DAC plays)
In one of your notes i read that xxh has to be downloaded to run HQP through NOS1a
If so do I have to buy the software again?

Dear Peter,
Iam glad to inform you that the DAC is up and running. The problem was in the switch positions. By mistake the no.2 switch was off, it was the last thing I could imagine would go wrong as I do not touch them. Perhaps while cleaning it went off. So presently the switches are set like this:
1 off, 2on, 3on, 4(led) off & 5 on.
One problem that Iam facing is that sometimes I have to refresh the settings in the Dac to start the streaming. Could you help me to understand why this happens.
