One of the good things of the ipod i liked, is the random play function. Is it possible to introduce it in XX? Depending of the place in the Galary it plays Random from all the catagories or when selecting a style ie Jazz it play only that random? What do you think about it?

Introduce a rip function in XXHighEnd.
The user has to define the Source - and Destination (Galary) place, Music style
After an rip the information is copied to the Galary automaticaly.

8" is to small for the resizing act.


I suppose you don't see the panes during unattended playback. But i think it is very useful functionality to find the coverarts within XXHighEnd. So you don't have to switch to IE.

Hi Peter,

During unattended playback i have got the message "Crack Detect -->60" The music stops playing. Is it logical to stop the music playback? Switching off the crack detection option the music remains playing without this message. I did not hear any crack.

Browsing in the galary (left pane) and selecting a folder one level higher in the directory you get an errormessage. I.e. select Jazz gives you the artists folders. Selecting Jazz again gives an error message. You get this errormessage always when you selecting a folder one level higher.

Here are some EAC screenshots from the settings i use. There are some sites showing these settings. (I had a computer crash.....no backup. Otherwise I uploaded a document. Maybe after a recovery)

Today i had two stops in unattended mode. I have the impression that you don't get the stops in attended mode. Peter i will send you tomorrow the log files

Also in version 09v-6, i have some trouble with the spontaneously stopping during music playback.

This morning playing in unattended mode with the "Double" option gives halfway the cd a stop, see attachment "Stopped" and "memory"
Switched off the "Double"option has no positive effect.
I did a restart of XXHighEnd.  Selecting the "Memory" option gives a wallpaper message while the music is playing. After a view tracks again the music stops (not at the end)

On a regular base i have an Application Crash in unattended mode. In version 09v-4 i got the impression that this was caused by the "Double" option. When i switched it off then it seems to me that it works ok. I have test it again in the last version (09-5) this morning and "Double" still generate random an Applic Crash. (one time in two records)

In version 09v-3 you start to introduce new coverart functionality.


I am still using an 8" LCD screen. Caused by the limitation of the 8" screen it's for me difficult to use this new functionality. Is it possible to introduce a (vertical) tab for the CoverArt? Any other solution?
