With the introduction of the volume slider is it possible to normalize the sound on one level? The differences between sound levels on the albums are sometimes very great. Is it an option to introduce checkbox "Normalize"?

Please keep this feature! : It doesn't disturb me. I think it's more logical to keep the program running when UnAttended playback is finished and to go back to the starting point to select a new album!


Start UnAttended and wait! Removing this feaure wil cost you a extra click Gerard!

Hi Peter,

After some usage of XXHighEnd version 09t-5, i have the following wishes / suggestions:

• Showing maximum tracks and Artist name in wallpaper (unattended playback). See two suggestions for this change in attachment. I prefer Wallpaper detail.
• At attended playback
  Desktop icons On/Off button: Please make it visual in the button when activated. (Yes I know, you can see it in the wallpaper, but…)
• Disabling the Help text: Please introduce a checkbox, when ticked then no help text is showed.
• Extra tab, behind the coverart for extra information like artist name, album title, album year, rating, style and some user definable text about the cd. Sometimes I am missing this sort of information.
• Rip function: is it possible to implement a ripping function in XXHighEnd?

Hello Peter,

First of all happy new year! Great job You've done in 2007!

Indeed after changing the priorities to Nothing, the errors where gone. After changing the ThreadPrio to normal the first system errors appeared again.

After installing version 09t-4 with the default priorities all seems to be working well. After changing this morning the Treadpriority to Realtime and a reboot i had again systemerrors.

Starting XXHE by double click remains an option in unattended playback, I'll hope!

Is it possible after finishing unattended playback, to make XXHE automaticly visible on the screen instead of starting it again by double click?

Some errors generated during the use of XXHE versions 09t-0 and 09t-2.

(I only had that problem with engine#3 and Vista. It was USB related)

In version 09 pd it is still working correct! I think in all versions where it was implemented it is working correct.

I am using the  TwinDAC USB=>SPDIF interface.

Music stops.

From the Library Area I select one album via double click .
I am running 0.9sb-2 and it was copied over the version before!
