When I try to play a Flac file 24 bit 96 kHz I get conversion messages after one minute (see attachment) and no music at all. Other flac's of this format works ok. In version 09z-5-2 I have the same messages with this specific file.

Seems like a dodgy file to me. Go and grab dBpoweramp if you don't already have it ( http://www.dbpoweramp.com/db-versions.htm ) and try converting it back to WAV format. If you get an error message from dBpoweramp you will know where the trouble lays.

You could also try playing in Fubar Foobar.
