Old procedure for background info : Demo version, Install notes and getting an Activation Key.

0.9z-7 (and beyond) procedure

Assumed you browsed through the given link above somewhat, this is the procedure for 0.9z-7 and up :

It is anticipated that you thoroughly tried XXHighEnd before you get yourself a license. This is even so strict that when you did not do so, you won't be able to Activate. Mind you, this will show *after* your Paypal payment; If you receive a message looking like

Contact sales pashure com because your Activation can't go automatically !

you know you are prone to not having tried XXHighEnd sufficiently enough. No worries though, because you payed and you *will* get that Activation Code, and it is just to hold you back from having heard great things from others, while XXHighEnd is a most tough player to get to work when you're a kind of novice in the field. Sadly this won't go otherwise, but *if* you persist on getting it going, your prize will be the best sound you ever heard through loudspeakers.

So to say it from another angle : when you feel you don't have the time to sort out all the many possibilities of influencing Sound Quality, better don't proceed with it at all. Please. On the other hand, when you are persistent you have the 100% guarantee that you will end up with that best SQ ever, as it can be done by thousands of others too. Also, KNOW that when you are persistent and want to avoid messages which are helpful but which you might perceive as "errors" which they really are not in 99% of cases, that you are helped via the forum until you are there. It happened to many like this, and it is only you who can give up. Never us. Do you hear ?

On a not unimportant side note, might you receive that message as shown in italics above, it just as well can be a bug in the software which tries to determine your "hard trying in advance". It is a bit of a sneaky thing which tries to find out whether you applied important features like Unattended Playback and stuff, and which may tell completely nothing about your capabilities. For example, it can well happen that you are a first time user, just installed a new OS and installed XXHighEnd for the first time on it, to next find those sneaky features -thus- not working. No history so to speak.

Anyway, the above will lead you to a screen with a nice PayPal button, and for 72 euros you will receive back your Activation Code when all is right, or that message when, say, we failed on our side. No worries in the latter case ! (but let it know via an email).

When you don't have your Audio PC on-line

No problem. What you'd do in that situation is proceed with the procedure anyway (click on the Activate text you see in the screen shot above) which will fire up your browser and which will tell you that you are not connected to a network or a message of some sort. Now :
In the URL area of your browser the address you need for Activation is visible. Just copy that URL and put it to a Notepad file. Bring that file to another PC with Internet connection, start a browser there and paste the URL in the URL area. All will be fine from there.
N.b.: Do not make the mistake in thinking that you can just as well run XXHighEnd on that other PC (you will not be using for Audio anyway) because that will lead to an unusable Code on your Audio PC.

When you don't have PayPal

Then all can still work but the procedure can not be automated. Drop us an email in that case at sales phasure com and we will proceed from there. Please notice though that this involves manual money transfer and a bit of waiting. But doable in any event.

Important :

Since obtaining the Activation Code is normally an automated procedure, you should receive an email with your Activation Code within seconds. Thus, not minutes or even longer, but seconds. When this is not the case, something is wrong and you should let us know right away via email (sales phasure com). However, obviously now it can take somewhat longer before the email is read, so please be patient about that part and anticipate an 8 hour response time max.

What you can be doing wrongly yourself (sort of)

Well, first off, the email can have landed in your spam box. So if all other things went okay (see below), please check there. Also know that "your spambox" might not be in control of you yourself and it sits somewhere at your provider.

Next, an easy to make mistake is when you don't finish the PayPal pages properly. Look here :

This page nicely tells you that you payed. So, done ? No. You need to click that Continue button (see mouse pointer).
When the Continue button is clicked, you'll end up on another page which tells that "You will be returned to Phasure" and that page sticks for a couple of seconds. Don't cross it away !!

When you wait a little, a screen like below will appear :

What you also see is that you can copy the Activation Code from that page, although in this case it shows you the message we talked about earlier. So see ? no Activation Code is there in this case, but a message to you instead.
But otherwise now copy your Activation Code from this page and store it in some Notepad file ! Why ? because it can easily happen that the email which is sent to you may fail to send or ends up in some spam box.
Notice : By now the screen of which you see the screenshot above has changed somewhat, but you will recognize it.

Crucial :
Despite what's been said above, you *NEED* the email in order to apply the Activation Process in well fashion. So there's a procedure described in that email and it has to be followed precisely or otherwise Activation will fail.

See How to Activate 0.9z-7 and up for how to proceed after you received your Activation Code.

Look here to see what's actually not available in Demo Mode : Demo version - what it can NOT do.
