I guess I have to make an extensive debug version for you.

Just in case ... if you "install" a new version, does it go to a complete fresh new folder ? If you didn't do it like that, please do afterall.
But, I do *not* recognize anything wrong in that area, so it's probably a waste of time.

No, I really can't understand this. Anyway, that debug version should at least indicate where everything stops. I hope to have it ready for you in 6 hours or so.
We'll proceed on this by email, so please send an email to phasure so I know which email address to use.

Thanks,
Peter

PS: By now I sent you an email / debug version to the address known at this forum.

I tried installing 0.9y-4 in an empty folder after saving my ppl's elsewhere:  same behaviour; only one track at a time, regardless of size or split setting.

P.S.  See your mail for the result of the debug engine3 experiment. (Isn't that a retired street organ?)

For others :

This is solved now, and was caused by a bug in the 0.9y versions regarding Core Appointment and single core processors.

If anyone else is suffering from an "Engine3.exe stopped working" after the playing of a first track, please let it now; a solution is available.
Anyway this is solved in 0.9y-5.

Thank you for your time Harry.
