Apologies again for a question from a newcomer.

I downloaded 2.03a, extracted to proper location (XXHighend\2.03), and am now trying to: (a) get it running and (b) activate it.  I have been running 2.00 prior to this.

Using my 2.00 settings on the 2.03a demo (except for things that the demo version does not allow), I am unable to get sound.  File plays with no sound.

If I press the activate text, I get the screen with the Paypal icon and a place to enter the activation code.  I'm on an XXHE PC not connected to the internet.  The instructions online suggest that the activate button should get me to a URL that I could copy and activate on a PC connected to the internet.

Selecting the Paypal button gives me an alert box saying "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" which seems to occur because of not having a network connection.

Wondering if anyone has experienced the above scenario (s) and any help on how to proceed to get the upgrade to 2.03a working.

Fixed the sound.  I had accidentally selected the wrong device.  Really stupid!!!  Working on activation now.

Posting this just in case there are other newbies like me figuring this out.  I found the "Get Activation Code Offline" option and generated the XXActivate.txt to send to sales at Phasure.

I had a similar issue with activation. When I clicked PayPal is the UAC preventing connection to the internet? The popup I get is "This app can't open    Microsoft Edge can't be opened using the Built-in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again." However, I can get to the internet with this login using Internet Explorer but not Edge (broken e icon). So I sent the text file also.

I changed my default web browser from Edge to Internet Explorer and was able to purchase 2.xx using PayPal and got the activation code. The UAC seemed to keep Edge from working. UAC is changed by XXHE.
