The only thing I do notice is that the volume control does not work (one click brings up the green bar which does not disappear no matter how long you wait). I have that for many months now. But i alway's press stop before changing volume and than i have no problem.

Paul, it is obvious to me that with the OS Minimized XX can take more SC memory. So, nothing strange there.
Can it be so that the differences in the two situations are about Pro (more SFS) vs. Ultimate (less) ? If so, things woule be a kind of logic to me ... (but I'd have to dig further first).

Minimized does not give me more SC. (50) (4GB RAM) Home Premium

Gerard,
There's really only one "OCX Install". So I don't know much what you are talking about. No idea how to proceed on this (message ??) either ...
Let it rest ?
But if anyone else sees similar, please don't hesitate to mention it in here.
Regards, Peter
But doesnt the install message say two files need to be installed? I see one now

Peter, I saw a error when the second OCX file had to be installed but i clicked it away. I tried to install XX again so i could capture the error message. But it does not repeat. Still there is only one as you see below. I have no problem with playback. (UAC at lowest and XX at admin) Any idears how to get that error message again? I have deleted map with XX and the one OCX. and of course reboot after that. I had problems installing the second OCX with the previous version also. But since everything worked ok i did not mention.

Peter, I nodiced that my W7 activation sometimes seems like it has gone. Right under the screen a message apears that say's my Windows 7 is not legitimate. This is only with Minimise OS on. When i go back by pushing OFF the activation is recovered.

To me it seems that you presented two different settings-situations in your screenshots. One with "Don't do anything with Coverart at all", and one with that not active (the first picture). It will be your attempt of getting things the way you want, but now the last picture doesn't say much, were it for (OSD) content of the screen. I had the same situation which comes from previous Coverart Settings. if you would uncheck "Don't do anything with Coverart at all" and after that unchecking the various cover art settings things will work as intended when you check "Don't do anything with Coverart at all" again. Bert Thanx Bert, Indeed that was what i did and after that it worked well! Extremly well if i may say so!

Hi Gerard,
It is not easy to interpret, so I may make a couple of mistakes. So, please correct me where I made a wrong assumption.
First of all, yes, at touching the mouse the monitor will be back on again. Secondly, when you woke up the monitor by this means, it won't be off again automatically (yeah, after it falls asleep per whatever time you defined for that).
- When you want to switch on the monitor, knowing that you want it off again, you should perform alt-X to start XXHighEnd, and cross that away when you are finished looking. Now the monitor will turn off again.

Reading your posts one again, I think this may be all the answer it needs ... ?
Peter
Peter, All is OK now. Indeed i thought that "Don't do Anything" was something that would overule the rest. And seeing the screen so FAST after touching the mouse i thought that could not be right. Thanx for making this more clear!! What a sound man!!!!!!!!!

Peter, Question my screen does come back when i touch the mouse. Does it mean it has been OFF? And i nodiced that the screen OFF function is not persistent. After i brought it up for changing volume and start play again it stay's and does not disappear. XX OFF and ON does make the screen go away at first attempt. Look the pic's. After i touched the mouse i see this. Does that look good to you with these settings? Pic 3 is after changing volume.

What would be the best way to connect the monitor to the PC looking for the less interaction possible with XXHighEnd and the new NOS1 USB? Using 0.9z-6 maybe. With that, the monitor will be off anyway. Well, if you want. Peter Peter, could you explain it a little further please?. I know also that with the NOS1 USB we wonīt need the monitor because of the screen in the Dac. But even in such a case a monitor near the listening place could be more comfortable. Gerard, thanks for your recommendation, your monitor looks very interesting but Iīd like one in a vertical position near the listening place, I canīt find your model though. Could the multi-touch technology have some inconvenience in relation to XXHighEnd /Nos1 USB?. Juan http://us.agneovo.com/us/content/products.asp They are vertical and the plastic protection caps can be removed. Last question i do not know. http://www.agneovo.com/nl/content/p-17.aspThis one i have for my normal PC.
